Lagforce installs pipework insulation, protective metal cladding and removable covers for water and wastewater installations throughout Ireland.

Valve access and protective cladding

Pipework and external services
Lagforce installs industrial pipe insulation and metal cladding across Ireland. On water and wastewater projects, the work is defined by the operating conditions, pipework specification and site layout. Insulation can reduce heat transfer; freeze protection must be considered as part of the overall design, including any specified trace heating.
Weather exposure and maintenance access
External cladding needs attention to joints, terminations and penetrations. The finish should suit the environment and the agreed specification. Valves, flanges and equipment that need servicing should be considered when planning removable sections and access.
New installations and repairs
We work with mechanical contractors and facility teams on new pipework, replacement insulation and damaged cladding. Email site photographs, drawings where available, service temperatures and the location. Mention access limitations and whether the plant will remain operational during the work.

Protective aluminium cladding · Industrial pipework insulation
Typical water and wastewater scope
- Process and sludge pipework, internal and external
- Heating and digester-related services
- Pumps, valves and fittings needing regular access
- Frost protection of exposed water pipework
- Reinstatement of damaged or missing insulation and cladding
Materials and finishes
Water and wastewater sites are often exposed and damp, so the outer finish matters as much as the insulation. Formed aluminium cladding with laps that shed water, sealed terminations and removable covers at valves keep the insulation dry and the fittings accessible.
