Lagforce is an industrial insulation and cladding contractor located centrally in Templemore in Tipperary. Since 2015, we have provided industrial insulation and cladding services throughout Ireland. We support mechanical engineering contractors, construction teams and industrial facilities with specialist insulation work.
Specialist support for mechanical projects
We work alongside your mechanical team as the insulation subcontractor, coordinating pipework insulation, cladding and removable covers within the wider installation programme. Our work covers plant rooms, HVAC ductwork, vessels and associated services, with aluminium and stainless steel finishes and removable valve and pump covers.
Systems and applications
We work on heating and chilled water systems, refrigeration pipework, process steam and condensate, fresh water plant and wastewater treatment pipework. The right insulation and finish can help conserve energy, regulate temperature, protect against frost and condensation, and reduce contact with hot surfaces. Requirements differ by system, so we work to the project specification and site conditions.
Our sheet-metal cladding is fabricated to suit the pipework, vessels and mechanical equipment. Aluminium is a common protective finish for external and plant room installations. We also provide stainless steel cladding where a durable, cleanable finish is needed, including pharmaceutical, brewing, dairy and food processing environments.
New installations and existing plant
Lagforce supports new mechanical installations as well as maintenance and refurbishment. On existing systems, missing or deteriorated insulation and exposed valves can increase avoidable heat loss. We can review the condition of the insulation, recommend practical improvements and carry out the renewal work.
