Lagforce provides pipework insulation and protective cladding for pharmaceutical utilities and clean-room installations throughout Ireland.
Process and utility pipework
Our work covers heating and cooling utilities, plant rooms, insulated vessels and removable covers around valves and flanges. We work alongside the mechanical contractor to deliver the agreed insulation and cladding scope.
Stainless steel finishes and access
We fit insulation and stainless steel cladding to the agreed specification and site requirements, retaining access at agreed inspection and maintenance points. Where specified, stainless steel provides a durable, cleanable outer finish.
Planning the work
Share drawings, operating temperatures, insulation and cladding specifications, access restrictions and the proposed programme. Tell us whether installation is part of a new build or work within an operating facility, so the scope and sequencing can be discussed with your mechanical team.

Typical pharmaceutical scope
- Clean and black utility pipework: heating, chilled water, steam and condensate
- Process and utility services in technical and plant areas
- Vessels and equipment insulation
- Removable covers at valves, flanges and instruments
- Shutdown and live-site work around production
Materials and finishes
Pharmaceutical projects usually come with a detailed client specification for materials, finishes and labelling. Stainless steel cladding gives a hard-wearing, cleanable finish in process areas, while aluminium is common on utilities. We work to the site’s permit, induction and documentation requirements.
